Approved Submission [I'ee Families] Long Range Colony Ship

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
In the only sentence immediately under "about the ship" — can that be made a complete sentence, please? Also, please check for grammar bits such as "it's / its" and spelling (that isn't related to European spellings).

Please fill in the Imperial measurements or dump them. Doesn't matter which.

Is the Alcubierre Drive pre-approved? I can't find that word in the wiki (except a ref on a L'Kor page? @Ametheliana). You also mention the base I'ee particle drive below and helpfully link to it, but it isn't referred to higher up.

The damage rating is fine. It's a big colony ship without shields; I can believe it's meant to be that durable.

Does it have a birthing center? How many I'ee started out on it, and how many are on it now? Because this is somewhat of a one-off ship, without mention of other I'ee using it, it feels like the ship article could get farther into those details.

Just confirming: No ship-mounted weapons? Does it have any defensive measures?

No explanations of the weather system and how it works? How they go about using the shipboard agriculture?

I like the submission, but I'm left wanting a little more, especially for possible I'ee players who could use some more bits.

I have reviewed the submission in accord with the Guide for Submission Reviewers.

The I'ee specific Alcubierre drive has no page. That's honestly something I should address at some point. >w<

Other details I believe are more up to @Edto Xar'Sivaree .
I can confirm that this is technically meant to have been a one of a kind ship to be used as a mobile home for a whole I'ee family.

Could I get an idea of what of this is simple desire and what is required? I corrected the sentence, the Imperial Measurments will be removed right after this is posted if it wasn't done when I went over it.

The drive I was told to use

I can add into that, but from my understanding of the I'ee, where the queen is, is where the birthing center. The queen is the only one who gives birth.

No weapons.

It has a sprinkler system for weather. maybe vents for airflow but that would be natural in such a vast ship. Given when I worked at Loblaws it snowed in the freezer, the space is large enough that weather could be completely natural.

Do you want me to explain basic farming on both a freerange and mass produced cattle?

Sure. Also, the Imperial measurements are gone, but their blank text remains. Please remove that too.

On weapons, a statement here makes it sound like there could be weapons. ("Weapons were kept to a minimum") Please remove that or change it in a way that definitively states the ship is weaponless.

When I say "birthing center," I mean a place where the young bees are raised/nurtured/etc. If that's just around the queen, no problem, but I'd like it to be clear.

So the weather system doesn't compensate for heat, seasons, the like? That's what I was expecting. If it doesn't, that's OK; it just needs to state what it does.

I want it explained how you have a livestock operation, yes. You must have a factory/processor or two for cattle production and refining. Give me an idea of how this actually works. Do the cows get milked? Are they bred or cloned or what? How's the waste recycled?

As for the drive ... we really need a submission for that if it does something special. If it's their fancy version of a CDD or something, it can be linked to that. But it needs to be stated.

Just to add a bit secret wasp info, larval I'ee are generally kept within reach of the queen, so they'd probably be in the same chamber, or one near enough to be fetched easily.

I'ee livestock are universally used for meat. The livestock they mass-produce are simple, cow-like creatures that can be easily tamed and slaughtered. They also like to maintain a population of dangerous live-stock which can be used for young I'ee to hunt with.

And the drive. Some day, I'll get around to writing that up. Right now, with my studies happening, I just don't have the energy for it. >w<
