OOC Eucharis Discussion

We still need to figure that out - in the debriefing we will go over what happened.

Based on the UCMJ: Bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 6 months

Based on the WIP Articles of Military Justice ( https://wiki.stararmy.com/doku.php?id=members:sean_oduibher:concepts:articles_of_military_justice ): 25 years in prison or less

I don't think we should go overboard though. Are you still interested in staying in the Eucharis RP? If so, I will try to work something out that's agreeable.

PS: It's a good thing the Yamataian law/Star Army regs don't actually give the right to live to people who aren't Yamataians.

I feel like this is absolutely paramount. Don't gotta put the horse before the cart and expect punishment until there's an official accounting of what happened IC :>
 
An investigation and debrief is required.

That being said we have recordings and such too.

Leniency does happen in the military tho.
 
Hahaha... Tan was waiting in the power armour bay for Natsumi, so it looks like Candon and Masumi just snubbed their medic and tried to do everything themselves without Tan get involved.. and without letting her bandage Natsumi. I'm assuming that wasn't intentional. This might be a bit hard to make consistent...

I'd noticed this, too, and felt for ya, but it was a direct request from the wounded soOOOooOooO?
 
Sorry duderino but Gunsight had Natsumi a) fall on Candon b) ask for Masumi to get her in the tank.

[EDIT:] I wasn't really stoked to be taking an RP opportunity away from you, but I also didn't want to get in trouble ICly or OOCly again.
 
They way its worded, its intended as shorthand for "yeah we all get in" without having to wait so people can do the stuff on the ship they want to do. Like with the shuttle, earlier.
 
Okay, that's one more mess to add to the debriefing, I guess. If Tan was an officer, she'd probably be getting her objections in order for Hanako already.
 
Look, I'm sorry and I didn't mean to take the opportunity for RP away from you. I don't think one more person complaining about someone doing what's necessary to keep people alive is necessarily in order, though.
 
That's just the thing--it wasn't necessary and it caused further harm. That's why it's an issue. I didn't just lose a chance to RP, Natsumi lost a chance to get competent care, because her orders were followed. That's one of the things that needs to be addressed.
 
The hemosynth tube is capable of building an entire new neko body from scratch all on its own, let alone repairing a damaged one. Getting Natsumi into it as quick as possible was better than letting her sit out longer so someone could poke at her wounds.
 
Yes, and the ship's medic is fully aware of that, which is why she was not going to do that... Bad things happen when a non-expert assumes both that they know what to do, and that the specialist has no idea. In this case that has trivial consequences (it just increases Natsumi's recovery time, and probably only by around 15 minutes) but in other cases it might not.
 
@Zack: In your report post you said the T8 shuttle Golden Apple was destroyed, however, it was the T7 Shuttle Telemachus V that was destroyed, not the Golden Apple.
