Although close, it hasn't been exactly three days since Wes made his post, @Arieg.

Anyhoo, having skimmed through this submission, I've noticed a couple of moderate issues thus far:

• Shouldn't this submission have a damage rating?
• Given what's said here, shouldn't the armor's running speed be 32 kilometers per hour?

The running speed is within limits, but I don't see the DR @Arieg - put that in, and I'll likely approve it since Wes already gave the stamp for everything else.

For a Nekovalkyrja, yes - but not, in my humble opinion, for a Human.

After all, this section of the DRv3 says the following (emphasis mine):

Anything biped and human-sized usually can't go much faster than 30~45kph (humans probably go lower, nekos cap higher - articulations and muscle can only go so far).

After all, this section of the DRv3 says the following (emphasis mine):

Football players in pads have been recorded running at 22.77 mph (36.64 kph). A human in power armor should be able to move at least 25 mph. In fact, I could argue that 32 kph (19.8839 mph) is too slow.

Power armor enhances your natural abilities. 42 doesn't seem impossible but your joints might hurt afterward.

DR is up and the running speed is within reason by the rules iirc.

What they said. It's just a guideline, and it's no stretch having a person run that fast. DR wise, it looks like it's got good plates, but limited coverage.
