Notes: I was going to simply edit the Tami article and note it in the approved thread, but there was no approved thread that I could find (Tami is sufficiently old enough that this makes sense).

Changes: I added a quote from the RP where Ninth Fleet stayed behind. I added a history heading. I generally reorganized it to fit within wiki style (though I didn't go look up a template, this was supposed to be a quick no-approval edit).

Not going to blow up the thing that my Ninth Fleet successors created, but the original vision was inaccurate. The Ninth's Tami headquarters did not fail during the 2nd NMX War, so the reasoning behind what Kyle dreamt up was incorrect. Still, he was spot-on for the fleet's existing aesthetic, so the canyon base remains.

tl;dr: This post is a formality.

Hey, since this is still sitting, I'm just going to update the live version because it's nothing more than a stylistic and linked history edit. If anyone has a problem, feel free to revert it and every other historical update someone else does that goes un-tracked.
