I like her very unstable and perfect for the guns. Thought so far I know she requires 3 years of military training at minimum to join a unit. So if you could edit the date of birth to YE38 then she is good to go in my eyes.
 
I just checked the documents and I really thought it was three years, but both pages proof me wrong. Apology for the confusion.
