The Fifth Fleet has been reformed, and we are now formally requesting a home base (Star Fortress) in which to operate, and deploy from. Other pros are obvious, manufacturing munitions, parts, and ships for use within our own fleet, and to ship to others, training troops, as well as self-sufficiency in terms of various supplies on demand.
We want to jump into this war with every advantage we can muster, and this would be a huge leap to ensuring that endeavor and to defending our homeland from the NMX.
