The investigation as proposed in Proposition 70 was more than simply looking into SAINT files, however, SAINT files most certainly have more insight than any of us, as an intelligence network has no duty to report anything to the people - quite the opposite, in fact. However, this is one case where I have stated, and maintain, that absolute transparency in all regards should be put into place.
