First question is: Is it possible to soul transfer into a Nekovalkyrja body? For example, a Geshrin decides to become NH-29 instead of Yamataian? If so, would they retain their personality?

Second: Are the millions of NPCs around space required to be controlled by a player? For example, random NPCs walking around a city, one of them bumps into a PC by accident then walks off, never to be mentioned again?

Third: Is there a limit on how many Characters a player can have? If so, how many?
 
1. Yes. Yukari started as NH-17, went to Yamataian, and is now NH-29.

2. Wes runs most of it ... and individual GMs, as needed.

3. Two, generally speaking.
