Character: Nerai'tha Uithersh Thesilis

They had the opportunity to get promoted in April 2022, but it appears as though the player wasn’t around by that point.

They were then placed into a Reserve status in November 2023, and sent to Fort Victory. So IC, I’m assuming they went to Fort Victory in late YE 45.

I’m proposing to reactivate this character into Active Duty status, with the rank still being Chui, and assign them to the ship in the plot with Soban. I’ll work up an explanation for Nerai'tha’s time in the reserves. Maybe she was taking some civilian classes at a college in Kyoto, or supporting family members who moved to Kyoto or somesuch. I’d welcome suggestions on the topic.
