Basically expand the skills to include all that is in the paragraph for the respective field.

OK ... please remove the added text to Fighting. I can't tell if it constitutes a subskill or not, but it's meant to improve the skill, so it's not needed. Also remove the added text to Strategy. It's not necessary.
This character is approved for IC usage.
