SACN [All Ship Captains] T3 replaced by T7

The T3 Lion shuttle has now been made obsolete by the T7 Raccoon. Please replace the old Lion shuttles with the new T7 shuttles. There are two types available: with and without hyperspace drives (1B and 1A) respectively. Plans for the shuttle have been sent to all star fortresses and they are currently in mass production.

Old T3 shuttles should be sent to the Depot. Logistics fleet ships are ready to pick them up in most locations.
