This idea is based on the large number of unmaintained old or abandoned characters we've built up over the years. I was thinking that, to reduce upkeep work and wiki clutter, we could establish a private namespace for archival of unwanted, permanently retired, or abandoned player characters and put them in it, particularly non-adoptable ones.

This suggestion has now been IMPLEMENTED but with some notes:

1. It will take significant time to sort characters.
2. We could use some criteria about what characters go in there. I'm thinking characters of deleted factions and non-adoptable abandoned characters of people who left.
