In Progress Assign Birth Years to Characters in Struct

This is a request for assistance filling out struct for the birth year of characters, so that they'll appear on the list of births on the year pages and other places that use this data. It's not the highest priority thing but it's something I'd like to eventually get done.

How to complete this task:

Go to the list of all characters I have here: All Characters (Birth Year Helper) on Star Army Space Roleplay

Add the birth year to struct based on information on the character pages (in the history section).

While looking and updating my characters I ran into an issue with Will Cason, there is no YE 0 that I can select in the strut list.

Because that's not a year.

I don't think an orchid signature card is super useful for any of your characters though Drew, lol

Drew knocked most of these out, there were some we could not figure out YE birth years for and some that are BYE.
