"Yeah, it's quite obvious," Amelia replied to 64 once again. What a question. She then turned to face the clerk, only then also realizing the man's tone. 'Why was it always like that with the yams?' She mused, maybe it was the stick that every one of them had implanted up their asses when they were created, or born, or whatever it was with them. Her feet hurt, she was hungry and actually wished to be back at the ship; the day was turning from bad to worse very quickly.

"Sure, whatever," she replied to him, then waving casually to 64 as she turned around to exit the store and head back to the truck.

Few words could describe the joy that Rathe felt when Danny assured him that their hard work had paid off. His headache seemed to ease almost immediately as he nodded back to Danny. Since his skin may render any skills at subtle pursuit next to useless, he ranked a direct approach at whoever Danny was referring to much higher than systematic stalking. Perhaps a simple conversation would get them what they needed, maybe even letting some clues as to where Sienna would be, or where she is now.

"Are you needing of assistance?" said the clerk, throwing Rathe from his train of thought.
"Hmm? No, I'm fine, thank you." he replied casually, waving him off as he grabbed the first pill bottle his hand came into contact with to deter the employee.

As Six Four went to chase down Amelia, wondering if it had offended her in some way, it happened to notice the Golden Nepleslain that the store clerk had started to talk to. It was intrigued with his skin tone first off but the bottle of pills that he was holding also sparked its interest, more so concern.

"Though it is none of this ones business. As a medical profesional please be careful with that if you intend on using it." Six Four said pointing to the bottle. " Kaserine has some..... peculiar side effects on nepleslians. Make sure to follow the instructions for the correct after effect."

With a nod the doctor put some pep in its step to keep up with Amelia, it would rather not walk to the warehouse after all.

As Six Four gave Rathe it's condolences, Rathe began to wonder what he had picked out for himself. With a nod and a casual "I'm aware." to the automation, Rathe waited until Six Four had begun to leave to take a look at the pill bottle. His eyes went wide with surprise at what he had chosen for himself, knowing what Six Four was referring to. Hiding a blush of embarrassment deep enough to turn his skin orange, Rathe hurriedly paid for the pills and searched for Danny so they could leave as soon as possible.

The clerk kept a wary eye on Rathe as he selected a bottle, his expression changing slowly from suspicion to one of subtle judgment as he raised an eyebrow at the Nepleslian's purchase of a drug well known for its ability to sate the curiosities and appetites of those who wished to... "explore." Still, he said nothing as he rang up the bottle. "Ten KS, please," he said in a droning monotone, and his eyes shifted towards Danny, who was waiting in line, and then towards the door as Amelia and Six Four left the lobby.

Danny put the contents of his handbasket down on the counter, placed the objects down one after the other. The litre of hydrogen peroxide solution, the pack of pocket-sized stone thread bandages and the spool of sutures that was many sterile lengths of the material wrapped around a spool.

"Just these please," Danny said, glancing out at the previous customers. By the sound of the order he'd overheard from them, it sounded like his targets would be taking a while to get things loaded.

Perhaps it would be worth doing the gentlemanly thing to help them. Danny considered as he flicked reached into the pouch pocket in his hoodie jacket and produced a money card, and an official card that showed he was an experienced volunteer in a Search and Rescue organisation on Dawn Station - his previous employment prior to the Bounty Hunters. I don't think I can help Rathe though. He looks like a plum!

"Sah-'scuse me." He called out to the leaving pair in Trade as the clerk processed his order. His accent was soft and meek, but with the amount of travelling he'd done with the Lazarus Consortium it was difficult to pin down what sort of a character he was behind that baby face - too many vague cues of Lorath in his tone, nearly forgetting to roll his V's. "Need a hand with your order? Sounded pretty big."

It didn't even taken five steps before Amelia was stopped, making her turn to face the person, somewhat annoyed at the interruption. She just wanted to get that done as soon as possible and get out of there. She listened to Danny's offer for a while, noticing how his accent was unusuala, but then again every place that she had gone to people had different accents. The astrogator looked back at the freespacer doctor before turning her gaze back to the dirty blonde.

"Depends, is it free?" Amelia asked, shifting her weight from one feet to the other.

It didn't take much thinking for Rathe to decipher who their lead was, which meant he would be meeting the robot she was with once more. The golden skinned nepleslian only hoped he wouldn't bring up the Kaserine while the other hunters were around. He pocketed the pill bottle in his jacket and stood near Danny as he conversed with Amelia.

"Oh, free as can be." Danny replied to the woman as he waited for the clerk to finish pricing and getting on with business.

The clerk completed Danny and Rathe's transactions without much more in the way of conversation, and once the business was finished, he went back to whatever task he was working on when the group first entered, not bothering with any formal farewells. It appeared his supply of pleasantries had already been spent on what he obviously deemed as little more than rabble.

"Alright, I guess," Amelia said after Six Four didn't chime in. The astrogator looked away from Danny, finally spotting the golden skinned Nepleslian who seemed to be approaching them and eyed him with some surprise. "He with you?" she asked curiously, taking one of her hands off the pocket of her jacket and pointing at Rathe with her thumb.

While Rathe was technically Danny's partner at the moment, the recent series of events that had happened in the store as well as Rathe's noticability could potentially hinder progress if Amelia and Six Four knew the two were together. Ultimately, it was Danny's decision to make, so Rathe simply browsed a magazine rack, listening in on the conversation as he did so.

Six Four looked at the bandaged person offering help before looking back at the one who had just purchased a bottle of Kaserine.

"This one is fine with free labor, however, it does not want to obligate it self to 'free' medical procedures afterwards. Including stitches or any pre surgical advisements."

The doctor then fidgeted with its datapad waiting for the others to chime in with their two bits.

Upon hearing Six Four's comment, Rathe brought his hand to his forehead and sighed. "Ya got me, Skippy..." he replied with sarcasm so thick it could be cut with a knife. He knew Six Four most likely had no sense of humor, but it almost seemed as if the automation was mocking him. Rathe was beginning to prefer making no progress in the hunt for Sienna over where they were, especially if these two were their only leads to her.

Danny was trying his best not to snicker at Rathe's predicament. It was one borne entirely of chance, but it was hilarious chance. "We're friends," Danny said innocently as he could. Though, the act of trying to play it innocently perhaps drew more attention to something that was both incorrect and never there to begin with.

"It's our day off work today, we're just out for a walk, might as well do my good deed for the day, you know?" Danny said, shrugging and scratching behind his ear. He was definitely dressed comfortably for a cool day out and his swagger remained casual, but he was keeping his hands in his hoodie pockets as his shopping hung from his elbow.

C'mon, there's a skin tone in the SQUID somewhere... he said as he instinctively knew that his hands were colour-shifting to something that looked less like a ninja's suit and more like skin - unless you squinted at it hard enough.

Amelia shrugged with a 'what can you do' kind of expression on her face as she hear Danny, wondering why he hadn't called out for his friend before. Believing that some stranger was helping out of the kindness out of their hearts already rubbed her, someone who didn't like to own anyone anything, the wrong way, but ultimately her hurry to get these things done convinced her. "Come on, truck's just outside," she said, already heading for the exit and fishing one of her pockets for the truck's keys.

The astrogator opened the driver's door to the vehicle and quickly hopped in, then went through all the checks before driving, checking the mirrors, seat and to see if anything else was amiss. Once that was done, she motioned with her left arm out of the window towards the two men, pointing with her thumb behind her. "Hop on the back," she said, waiting for everyone to get on board.

Using the rear tire as a step, Rathe swung his leg over the side and pulled himself into the bed of the vehicle, finding a seat at one of the rear corners and turning to Danny once he was in as well. "I think I should've gotten those headache meds too..." Rathe told Danny as he laid his head back on the tailgate of the truck.

Six For gave Rathe a look of sorts, not sure weather his comment was serious or not, it still hadden't quite picked up on what Jack had called 'scarcasm'. With an internal shrug it decided to ignore the comment.

"Friends.. This one sees." The freespacer said looking between the two of them. "This one's female biological relation had several..friends... as well. This one wishes you well on your friendship and hopes that the Kaserine helps."

The Freespacer hoped that it was right in its assumptions, and that they understood its complement/congradulations as it made it's way to the truck.

Outside/Truck.

Opening the passenger side door, the doctor gingerly stepped inside, adjusting its coat and gloves before buckling itself in. Safety first after all.

Dawn Station - Streets of Sector Nine City Tier 4 - Just outside Origin Medical Wholesalers Warehouse Garage

The ride to the warehouse garage was brief, but for the two passengers in the truck bed, it was only slightly short of terrifying. Even though Amelia never worked up the courage to accelerate to any considerable speed, the sheer volume of traffic whizzing by, the angry blaring of horns and foul language hurled their way, not to mention the way the truck veered into the oncoming traffic lane a few times, narrowly avoiding a collision, and coming close more than once to trading paint with a few lampposts, even the threat of a low-speed collision was enough to cause both Danny and Rathe to question the wisdom of riding in the back without safety restraints of any kind.

Finally, however, they made it to the turnoff that the clerk instructed them to find, and Amelia made the turn. The side of the vehicle came so close to the corner of an adjacent building that Rathe, having grabbed the side of the truck bed seconds earlier to keep from being tossed out, managed to wrench his fingers away from being pinched off by no more than a tenth of a second. Down the ramp the vehicle rumbled, finally coming to a stop (mostly) within the bounds of the second of a column of rectangular white boxes painted on the pavement. A three-axle, box-shaped vehicle was parked in the space ahead of them, seemingly unoccupied at the moment.

The garage itself was immense, with ceilings that stretched high above them, made invisible by the powerfully bright overhead lamps that bathed the entire area in sterile while light. A wall of glass windows lined the wall all along their right side, revealing rows of identical partitions that were somewhere between offices and cubicles, each one of them indistinguishable from the other apart from a few personal touches; photographs of loved ones, carefully manicured plants, and the occasional bit of furniture -- likely brought by the occupant from home -- that looked much more comfortable than the standardized and rather spartan chairs and desks. To the left, immense warehouse shelves lined in perfect rows went off into the distance, as if the group were looking into a hall of mirrors, veering off in a vaguely curved path until they vanished in the distance. The shelves were lined with marked parcels, pallets, and wrapped boxes, all tagged and labelled by an automated system. The distant sound of whirring machinery could be heard, possibly forklifts or other sorting devices, but none of their sources were visible at the moment.

A uniformed ORISEC employee approached the vehicle as it stopped, a middle-aged but rather healthy looking man with a combover, holding a clipboard. He waved his free arm at the occupants of the vehicle as they stopped, and strolled up alongside the truck.

"Name?" he inquired in an official monotone.

As Amelia rounded the curve that nearly crushed his fingers, Rathe pulled his head back into the truck in the nick of time as the corner of the building only scraped his nose. After the near death experience, Rathe instinctively backed away from the truck bed corner as quickly as he could, accidentally retreating into the corner that was occupied by Danny. After he regained his composure, Rathe remembered Six Four's earlier words regarding the two of them and quickly moved away from Danny, not wanting to give any support to the assumption as he muttered a "sorry" to the other hunter.
