Resolved Character Template form

So the Wiki Character Template form works as normal until I submit the form, it told me that I could not submit it because it did not recognize the template. It deleted about 2 hours' worth of work, but I just want to know why.

I filled out the form's mandatory fields and it worked normally.

Were you logged in to the wiki when you filled the form in? Did you fill out all the required fields?
