It originally started as a series of sub-articles, none of which were substantial enough on their own to warrant such. The armor and GLOP need DR values.

Otherwise, it all seems straight-forward and reasonably detailed for this level of approval. Needs more backlinking, but as you're still building things up, I won't harp on that (more than I just did, lel).

DR value added to the armor.

The GLOP is just a component used in various armor and does not have an inherent DR value by itself. A quilted vest or jacket with glop contained within it would be a separate article, although this is such a basic and uninteresting item it doesn't really need its own article, at least for now.
