CMO's Authourity?

In terms of officer exchange, I'm almost certain the HQ for that is based on Virginia following a news post not long after the Kuvexian War. I remember chatting to Wes and doing something with that a while back. In case anyone needs an address for that in a SYNC or something. Just don't expect me to reply, that's definitely for Wes 😆
