Implemented Continue to Use and Update Old .png Starmap

So we used to (last year) have a starmap update thread where new systems could be added to the kikyo sector starmap. Now it's been made so GMs could update the new dynamic starmap themselves, but I've never found the UI of the dynamic starmap usable.

I was wondering if others also find that they would like to see the option for the static kikyo sector map again. Please show such through voting : )

Based on votes, this submission will be implemented and both starmaps (live and image) will be maintained.

I missed this one, but that's cool. Thanks for being willing to do a little more upkeep from time to time. The classic star map is far more intuitively usable despite its update lag, and delivers a more authentic RPG vibe.
