Implemented Create a "Tasks" Forum for Star Army

There's a lot we have to, or want to do, to keep Star Army going at a high level of quality. This is a suggestion to create a forum where I (or other authorized staffers) post tasks that can be "claimed" by members who complete them. These would be things like:
  • Update this wiki article to current standards
  • Generate art for silverware for the wiki's item section
  • Make an article about chock blocks used by the Star Army
  • Help this new person make a character
Another way of looking at this would be as a big to-do list for the site that everyone could chip in to.

In return maybe we can offer Star Army patches or other rewards for people who are contributing to the site's needs.
