Approved Submission Creepy Passage (Page Update)

I don't think my old page for it was that bad compared to some of the pages you've been updating.
Anyway, the only thing that stood out to me as questionable was that is says the Creepy Passage has frequent cargo ship traffic but I'd figured the traffic would mostly be going on the spacelane marked on the map (by E4) rather than through the creepy passage, making the Creepy Passage the way you go when you're trying not to be seen.
