Wes, I think you ceased using this for Yui's and Himiko's announcements and made it for your own. Perhaps you should split the thread from her last transmission on into a new OOC thread?)
 
OOC: (one last time, sorry toshi.) I know that Wes, I was just thinking we should do something a little more original than using the medical symbol of our day.
 
1. All ships in active duty in Expeditionary Fleets and task groups must have a name and IRN by YE 31. Fleets that fail to assign names to their ships will have the unnamed ships removed and sent to the depot.

Unfortunately due to the number of new ships, this item has to be rescinded. Fleet commanders are still encouraged to name all of their ships.
