Approved Submission ECS Panopteles (the ship)

Hmm, I saw that there are some NPCs who are listed as having more than one MOS, but soldiers of the Star Army can only have one job occupation (MOS) at a time.
 
As that this is a plot ship of an approved class, it does not need to go through the NTSE.

That being said, Approved.
