Honorable Commander of the Star Army of Yamatai,

We have received an emergency request for aide from the Free Commonwealth's fleet. They have escorted several hundred civilian vessels that cannot be accommodated in Vespa Lakara or Lorenz. We humbly request the Star Army's aide once more to render assistance. All assistance centers at E'stlhond, Asarthortar Palace and emergency aide center outside of Asarthortar stand by to fully cooperate.
