One more question, I remember reading IC that the visor on the Mindy is transparent. I know that at least the Daisy appears to be solid metal. Would it be safe to assume that it is a transparent metal?

The wiki is ambiguous on this point however metals such as zensuaium have both opaque and transparent varients. Given the lack of extra detail id assume that the visor is just as protective as the rest of the helmet.

In-roleplay description of the Daisy's helmet, supported by his own creator @Doshii Jun, has the Daisy's outer visor be opaque armor, which can be pivoted up to reveal another visor which is transparent durandium. The Daisy usually operates with the outer visor closed for maximum wearer protection, relying entirely on a Heads Up Display (HUD) which is projected on the inner transparent durandium visor (kind of like it works for the viewscreen in the Star Trek 2009 reboot).

My assumption always was that the Mindy operated in the same fashion.

Note that a transparent visor offers next to no protection against light-based weaponry (lasers).

I always felt it was more respectful to leave these kind of changes to the original creators of said articles.

This is some good information. If you'd like I can add this to the current Daisy wiki tonight.
I did it already.

The Mindy does not have a transparent part on the helmet like the DAISY does.

The DAISY is Linna's green hard suit and the MINDY is Priss' blue one Now we are just missing the motoslave hehehe

Does that mean that we could potentially get nanowhips for the daisy? That could be quite fun.

Is there a nene suit equivalent or is it missing from the lineup?

Also, as I saw demonstrated at one point, you can apparently use a variation of the active camo system to make the helmet functionally invisible, so people can see your face without you taking off the helmet.

The odd power armor, practically sitting on the same platform where the pilot and co-pilot's chairs were mounted, moved its head ever so slightly to look over the motley group. "Though your suits are a newer model which are further refined for mass production, they have certain new features which you may find useful - in particular, an addition to the heads up display," she started to explain. She almost seemed annoyed at having to explain it in the first place - almost. "Observe." Gesturing at them all with an upturned hand, everyone's faces suddenly became visible as though their helmets had became transparent. Save for faint outlines, they could see one another clearly. Just as quickly, she waved it away however - it was going to be a feature they were going to choose to use. Or not.

Hey @Reynolds : There's no space in the shuttle bay for a 3rd shuttle. The ship's two normal shuttles, Telemachus and Golden Apple, are still filling it up. That's why Victory had to use the docking airlock. So you will have to tweak your post to use the top or bottom docking hatch that connects to the main passageway. We have too many shuttles right now!

What is Victory flying? I asked earlier, too. I thought we only recovered the one shuttle Mitsuko is in, and the Yui that was towed away. When you said T8, I assumed it was our Golden Apple.

She's the using one that Taharial Chasan arrived in.

Ah, I thought we usually tried to just hadwave away shuttles appearing randomly when new people arrive, so I'd forgotten all about it. I'll see what I can do.

I'll probably send it off soon with the characters whose players haven't been keeping up with posting, like @Pleiades (which is a shame, I liked her. But you know how internet-based games go).
