Posted this in chat earlier, but it bears repeating: The current thread has been super awesome from both a player and reader standpoint! Probably one of the best social scenes I've had the pleasure of being a part of. Super cool job, guys, y'all rock!

Man, I was this close to bringing Instadrunk to the RP. But then whoever tried it wouldn't be able to have any real drinks.
 
She's being pedantic and doesn't understand the concept of fun, to be fair.

It's not like anybody brought a beach ball, a boom box, or, heck, even a beach towel...

So I guess it's more of a "giant fire + scantily dressed drunk people" kind of party.
 
As someone that lives in a beach town and has for most of her life, you don't need those things. You just need someone with a guitar, some that are willing to skinny dip, a dancing couple, talkative types, and booze. Lots and lots of booze.
 
As someone who doesn't live in a beach town I can tell you all you need is a drinking game.

Or maybe we should all take a drink anytime someone mentions a medal they've earned?

Haha, thought about setting up a cool volumetric volleyball court, or something, but it seemed like people just wanted to get Heller Drunk™. Tsuguka wanna do some sick deadlift pulls with trees, bro? I mean, she'll win. But rofl.

Admittedly, conversation is probably better RP than beach games.
 
I guess Takao is the guy that no one want to get drunk or stop since he can somewhat play the guitar but serenade a dreadnought to sleep.
 
Oh man, that volleyball thing was fun but also a huge clusterfuck. Maybe we should have coordinated a bit better.
 
Okay, here's the situation. I've been super busy lately and to make things better my phone's battery is failing. I access SARP through my phone 95% of the time. Posting will come soon IF it doesn't drop dead again. This stupid thing won't charge past 70% and it dies quick now.
