Fian's new plot idea

I have an idea of who I want to use as a bar owner. She was an NPC for a JP a long time ago, but it was fun and I could transfer her over to PC status and move her to the new place. She's civilian, but has a brother who could be the military character. I just need to work up bios for both of them. A lot of her info is already in the JP, so that'll be easy enough.

As the civie character is only being played during shore leave, I wouldn't be opposed to bringing Phaedra over here. It will let me explore some of the unknown parts of her background as well.

Release date will be in two weeks, we'll have the relevant articles ready by then for the players to base their new characters/premises on.
