Minori is a former Star Army Taisho of the Star Army Reserve Fleet and retired in YE 42 after 21 years of service and was the previous Director of Star Army Personnel Command, overseeing staffing and career management for the Star Army's trillions of soldiers. The Star Army of Yamatai is the empire's largest employer. In addition to her impressive resume, she is also the daughter of former Empress and Taisho Ketsurui Yui (Kitsurugi Yui), the Star Army's commander.
