Master Admiral Robert Davis slumped in his chair, turning off his comm-link moments after the senate passed the bill. Frustration flowed through every vein of the Nepleslian, cumulating with a single pound of his fist against the mahogany desk.
He didn't have much time to calm down as the angry face of Jim Blackman shot onto the screen.
"Davis, you fool! Do you know what this means?!â€
