I have no idea what this does based on your wiki page. Is it used to strangle, to electrocute? It's fully unclear.

Well skully is a nesh fm as well so he can approve these himself for that and as your new to submissions you probably didn’t realise I’ve got a point at the bottom of the horizon page stating he doesn’t need my approval for horizon gear either but for the sake of it I will give this an approval now as well.
