Approved Character GLM-1974ZSDB "David"

The way he did it was by embedding a special dynamic photo of living organs on a subdermal layer. So from any angle, when hit by X-rays they are prompted to block the rays and return a perfect image of a healthy humans insides.

...too much?

That won't work, you could block xrays so that they can't see inside of him but an xray image is recorded by how many xrays are reflected. A picture won't do anything, it is more like a measure of density inside of an object.

For example, you go with this picture idea and someone takes an x-ray scan. The picture could show up how you envision it, bone and whatnot looking like a human, but it would also show a picture of his internal structure along with the picture of a human's insides.

If your picture reflected all the x-rays so that they didn't go inside of your bot then you would have a large white area on the x-ray picture.

Your best bet is to have your bot's internal systems look like a human's.
