As the Heion made their departure, the investigating force of the YC-28 joined by the assisting LSDF made their approach, dropping to CDD and similar propulsion as they neared the battlefield. The scouting Okii-Neko reported the events leading up to the additional ships arrival as they took place.

Due to the scouting of the Okii-Neko shuttle, the YC-28 was able to know some of what was going on, thus the ship's PSC was online before it even entered the area of the conflict. The LSDF ships turned on their psionic scrambling units as well.

Helen's SPINE enhanced gaze was fixed on the situation, the psionic activity gave her the most reason to be concerned, not the dozens upon dozens of Mishhu ships which were in the area.

"This is the Star Army of Yamatai ship YC-28," Helen began as she sent a message into the fray. "We are here to investigate the disappearance of the Heion. I send this message in good-will, and in judgment of the events which my scout has reported. SMX group abiding by the ceasefire respond, or both groups will be tagged as enemy combatants." Helen closed the channel as she impulsively bit her lower lip.

-----

The portion of the LSDF task force which had decided to render aid to the search moved with the YC-28. As they closed in on the battle field, the Broadsides-Class ships of the group activated their subspace weapon dampening field in case of the event of the Mishhu ahead being entirely hostile. However, the Vice Admiral also had her orders not to break the cease fire. These orders were passed down by the High Priest, and as far as Heartbreak was concerned, his word was law, just beneath the word of the Xiaah herself.

"All ships, hold steady. Do not charge weapons at this time, however activate all defensive measures. Broadsides-Class ships, deploy Minion units." Heartbreak ordered as she linked her neural implant to her ship's systems and began to monitor the situation through the eyes of the machine.

The fighting inbetween the two Mishhuvurthyar battlegroups had been mercifully quick - or rather the fight just stopped in the middle.

All was still until Helen received a text reply via quantum communication:
Mishhuvurthyar said:
You are not vessels we allowed passage in our space. Leave the vicinity of the Bard Cluster or you will be destroyed.

Helen scowled bitterly, it was the truth that they were not granted 'permission' to be in this area of space, however, she was also given orders to investigate... it was growing into one hell of a bad day, even more so as her ship's sensors picked up hull wreckage which consisted of the same materials which made up the hull of the Heion. However, Helen was not about to start a war, thus she began to make the proper queries within PANTHEON if the Heion had made any communications since they ventured to investigate... fortunately, for the cease fire, and the two groups which now faced each other; the Heion had managed to let it's survival be known.

"Mishhuvurthyar ships, the Heion has been confirmed alive and well, we will be leaving. However, I would like to remind both groups involved here;" As Helen made her audio transmission, the YC-28 began to turn around to leave, following the YC-28's cue, the LSDF forces did the same. "The ceasefire applies to both sides. I sincerely hope that the Heion's crew is able to explain this situation to clarify why her hull plates are drifting in this space between us. YC-28, out."

With the completion of Helen's words, and the turning about of the ships, the group folded into hyperspace to leave the cluster as fast as possible. When back on Hanako's Spacelane, the LSDF ships and the YC-28 parted ways, with the YC-28 returning to its route to the international summit.
