How do you make a new Corporation?

How do you make a new Corporation? (Not plotship, but a Corporation to be used to make Tech Submissions.)
This question has bugged me a little, and I was just wondering.

Whats the format in which it must be submitted-if there is one?

There's no template, as far as I know.

some things to consider when making a background organization:

Mission Statement

What is it that the company hopes to accomplish? What sorts of products do they specialize in making?

History

How did the company start? What did it debut its product line with?

Slogan

Something catchy that is the company motto, great for sales. =)

NPCs

Who are the people most important to the company?

Stuff like this can make things more interesting. =)

I believe that you also need 1,000,000 KS to form a company, if I remember right.
