Notes: Setup for a plot and some opening up of Iroma space for various interests. For the most part they're actually intended to be pretty nice people through, bold spacemen heading out into the stars for profit and jolly cooperation. There's a soft retcon over the aid the Iromakuanhe sent after the 2nd IRC, and that it was these guys who did it, although I don't think it damages anything since that was generally glossed over anyway.
An accompanying megastructure is being worked out.
