Notes:
I basically took everything that Soresu wrote for his colony and changed the name to Dahbi. I changed the number of vehicles and the fact that it was a military presence, as well. The shrine to the saint, obviously, changed. I feel shame for how much I copied from him, but it should make approving it all the more easier.

What blank sections? Are you talking about the lack of text underneath three of the headers, as is regulation? It didn't occur to me to have that there as there wasn't text there in the first place. That is what you're referring to, Wes, right? I'll fix that after some coffee.
