The ISC Phoenix is a small, independently run vessel by ex-soldier Luca Pavone. It is with this ship that Luca wishes to make a quick buck from the adventuring lifestyle.

Oh, by the way guys, Turn off your sigs when you reply to RP Posts, it makes reading (And backing up) a lot easier. Same goes for word-games too, just as a rule of thumb.
 
Alright guys, I have a little question which I need to ask you. It's been bothering me for a while.

Should the ISC Phoenix ...
A) Pay its members by mission, with housing provided?
B) Pay its members on a weekly basis, with housing having to be paid for?
C) Not pay members at all, but provide housing anyway?
D) Try something like the Prestige System?
EFG) Dance around with its underwear on its head in a mirror using a toothbrush as a microphone?

I know that the Ygg does weekly pay for his characters, but I'm trying to see if I should roll with him, or try something different.
