Abdullah means,"Servant of God",where it is the merging of the words Abdul (Servant) and Allah (God).
Al-Hussein means "The Good/Handsome/Beautiful".
Al (The) and Hussein (Good/Handsome/Beautiful,but mostly translated as Handsome)
