2) More or less, Yes. you should have it approved by the Manager of the corporation before submitting it, and make sure it complies with what Said company would make.
3) You want a name, history, what it does, probably How it does that, how much it weighs, how big it is, what it looks like, how much it costs, and any accessories that can be used with it. Some things have specific Wiki templates, but I'd have to go find most of them.
