Facial Features and Eye Colour: Her face carries the soft lines of an adolescent and those who don’t know her would immediately classify her as “Cute” Those who have gotten to know her know better. Any and all “Cuteness” in her face ends at her eyes, which are a piercing emerald green and have been described as having-- more often then not-- “A crazed look.”
Hair Colour and Style: Her hair is black, cut to stay a few inches off her shoulders and hangs straight down. Nothing fancy.

Psychological Characteristics
Personality:
As a Nekovalkyrja serving in the Yamatai Star Army, her personality was ill suited to having little to no choice in the matter. She’s stubborn, aggressive and on occasion mildly insubordinate. Because of this she was relegated to menial and degrading tasks within the fleet which only served to fuel her resentment. As a Jiyuuian, she still carries some of that resentment. Quick to anger but not necessarily violent, she struggles to get a better grip on herself and focus on being “Her own person.”
Although she is still stubborn and aggressive, her insubordinate nature is held back by her gratitude towards the UOC as well as her Loyalty to the UOCPF
Likes: Weaponry, learning hand to hand combat, (secretly) Milk Chocolate
Dislikes: Anyone finding out she likes Milk Chocolate, people saying she’s “Cute” and anyone who insinuates that she “Belongs” to someone else.
Goals: Coming to terms with her new life within the UOCPF and within her new body. And picking up some shiny new weapons along the way.
History
Kenoki Hirahara started her life as a Nekovalkyrja in the service of the Star Army of Yamatai. During her time in service she was known for stubborn insubordination, the punishment for which was to be forced to work at menial and humiliating tasks or worse physical abuse from her superiors. The reason for her insubordination was her resentment at having no choice in serving the fleet and little chance to be her own person.
Needless to say she never advanced within the rank structure.
As good fortune had it, She was relocated to the Outer Colonies where she expected to live out the majority of her life in resentful misery. Until Independence. Free to choose her own path, she changed bodies to that of a Jiyuuian, although in retrospect she wishes she had paid a little more attention to how her body would turn out, since her resulting appearance turned out to be more “Cute” than she intended. She had a great deal of gratitude towards the UOC and willingly joined the UOCPF to help defend the ideals of the Nation that granted her freedom.
Skills
Fighting (Power Armor):
In spite of an apparent Aptitude for Power Armour piloting, Kenoki’s insubordinate nature prompted her instructors to recommend that she not be assigned to the fleet as a pilot. Even though the technical knowledge was downloaded into her mind as a Neko, she still has difficulty understanding the mechanics of Power Armour.
Hand to Hand Fighting:
Although not extensively trained when she was a Neko, she found she was quite good at hand to hand fighting and even more so, enjoyed it. Since joining the UOCPF she has started looking for more advanced training.
Armed Fighting :
Kenoki has an affinity for weapons of all types that nears obsession. She is familiar with the operations of most common weaponry and a handful of uncommon weapons as well, also she seeks out new weapons to lean about and possibly add to her collection.
Communication:
Kenoki is well versed in the operations of communication equipment, can send and receive signals both military and civilian, as well as operate standard military communication equipment when under fire.
Maintenance and Repair:
When given the correct tools and detailed instructions, Kenoki can competently repair damaged equipment and do slandered maintenance. Without the tools and instructions she’s likely to fall back on Percussive Maintenance AKA “Hit it with something until it works.”
Technology Operation:
Although she has little patience for computers, Kenoki is capable of operating any “user friendly” interface and standard OSs. Beyond this she is hopelessly inept.
Humanities:
Kenoki is fully trained to be eloquent, well mannered and diplomatic. She simply chooses not to be more often then not. Her training included etiquette, being a pleasant hostess, philosophy, multi-cultural relations, literature and formal ceremonies. She is well versed in the use of a sword ceremonial purposes. (Also for cutting things)

I had fun making this character, so I hope that means the character will be fun to play and fun to play with. I’m going for a balance of serous character traits and humorous little quirks that will both be fun to develop further.
