A solid start but a couple things to be aware of.

I know this is not reflected in the CCG but starter characters are no longer able to be specialists like snipers, demolitions, medics, etc. I would suggest you edit the page accordingly. Even if that rule were not in place, the plot itself does not allow for snipers. There are also requirements to joining 4th Fleet.

Also, all of those personal/civilian clothes would have to come out of your starting pay since they are non-standard issue.
 
Well, I assumed the clothes would be something carried over from before his enlistment in to the Marines.

Also: no specialization starts? That doesn't seem like it would make sense to me, but I will edit accordingly. I don't have the time at the moment, so most of the editing will likely come tomorrow if that is acceptable.

Besides, if it would be too much of a burden then I can simply go to another plot if that would be more convenient for the GMs/moderators. I'm open to wherever the aformentioned authorities feel he would belong.




EDIT:
Okay, I had a few minutes to squeeze in to my schedule for this. I edited the end of the history to remove the sniper school bit (though I do envision him more of a sniper or DM-type soldier in the end), removed the sniper training skill, and I'll go over it later with a fine-toothed comb to make sure that the entire thing is consistent with his simply being a Marine.
 
Due to a clearing up of my schedule, I was able to actually go in to make the edits necessary in order to remove his being sniper qualified, and instead have him be a standard line grunt.

So as soon as a plot has a spot for him, I would love to get involved.
