Build and Skin Colour: White skin tone and lean build, but with unusually large feet for his size. However, his feet are not so big as to impede his movement and he is actually rather fast.

Hair Colour and Style: Short, brown hair, usually well looked after
Distinguishing Features: Other than his unusually large feet, there really isn't much to be said except that he is rarely seen without a belt on. Even in his swimming suit.

Personality:
From childhood, Lyf always seemed to like technology. Before even going into school, he was taking apart all of his parents' expensive devices (and rarely putting them back together properly). Later on, however, he learned about mechanics and technology in school and not only could he put things back together, but he began to create things as well. He also developed a knack for putting humans back together, so to speak. After only a few medicinal courses, he began enjoying helping people heal and recover. He enjoys a good book more than time with friends.
Likes: Fancy technology, books, time alone to think about his inventions-in-progress, and of course, wimmin!
Dislikes: Raucous behavior and parties, singing and whistling, unneccessary fighting, technology that self-destructs upon inspection
Goals: Invent something that will change the galaxy, read the complete history of Yamatai and all of its predecessors
History
Easily bored by school as a child, Lyf preferred to spend time inventing and experimenting by himself. Therefore, when he saw a Star Army advertisement, he was drawn to the prospect of adventure and an opportunity to use his skills in a useful way.
Skills
Technology Operation: Lyf is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. He is proficient in entering and searching for information.
Mathematics: Lyf received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
Communication: Lyf is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Lyf is fluent in Nepleslian. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.
Fighting: Lyf received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. He is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.

He can successfully fix most problems with common electronics (such as communication devices) and most general computer problems. He can also fix common vehicle problems.
