Build and Skin Color: Yumiko is slightly curvier than 'average' for her kind due to the less obviously physical nature of her occupation. Her skin has a delicately tanned, lighter olive tone.
Facial Features and Eye Color: Her cheeks are slightly more plush than is common, giving her a bit more of a 'cuteness' factor to her otherwise womanly figure. Her bright and soulful light green eyes are distinctly almond shaped, with one little 'beauty spot' just a few millimeters away from the outer corner of her left eye, which she commonly covers with a cute green gem-like heart sticker.
Hair color and Style: Her hair is long and black, with thin green streaks evenly throughout with the bangs being entirely green to match her eyes. She prefers to keep it pinned back in a neat bun most of the time, with her bangs swept to the right side, keeping it out of her face and out of the way when she goes about her daily duties.

Her demeanor is almost persistently pleasant, with natural caring and nurturing undertones. Though when embarrassed or flustered, she tends to pull back into a more shy and quiet side that she tries to keep locked away. After all, what sort of Caretaker would she be if she was too shy to mingle and interact with everyone possible? As a side note, she usually walks about with a sort of eagerness to get to and be where she needs to be.
Likes: Cooking for others, soft music of most kinds, seeing people smile, -making- people smile, her job, any dish involving turkey, fruit (especially strawberries!), sweets.
Dislikes: Angry music, seeing people frown, people who make other people frown, coffee, bitter foods, sour things.
Goals: Though more of a dream, she wishes to (in her lifetime) see an era of peace, happiness, and prosperity for the Yamatai empire.
History
Yumiko's mother was barely two years out of her own army career at the ripe age of ten and a half years old when Yumiko was born. Being a loyal Yamatai citizen, she raised her daughter with much the same beliefs as her mother had regarding loyalties and duties to those that were gracious enough to give them the life they were lucky enough to have. Thus, after a short few months of what she likes to consider 'social experience' (including a brief but fulfilling social life), the young Neko enlisted without any prodding required from her mother (which made her mother quite proud). Now done with training, she awaits assignment with eager anticipation.
Skills:
Communication: Yumiko is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is fluent in English and Japanese, and can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.
Fighting: Yumiko received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.
Technology Operation: Yumiko is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships, as well as a few of the most popular mainstream civilian Operating Systems. She is proficient in entering and searching for information.
Mathematics: Yumiko received basic mathematics training, including up to algebra and trigonometry.
Humanities: Yumiko has formal training in Sociology and Psychology, but she was by no means the 'prodigy' in the class, and still makes mistakes from time to time. This just represents her schooling in such subjects. She is also a naturally skilled diplomat as well because of all of this coupled with her general demeanor and nature.
Culinary: Yumiko has a modest amount of experience with gourmet dishes and fancier home-style cooking, as well as a well-rounded knowledge of many spices. This comes from a personal study due to her enjoyment of cooking for other people.
Domestic: Yumiko has skill in the basics of home cooking, cleaning, and other household chores. More or less just the skills required to maintain a living space for herself or someone else and provide basic home-based needs such as food and living space cleanliness. Learned through her brief 'personal' life before joining the Army.
