Personality: A very determined and generally solemn man. Melodia can show a more personable side, can enjoy himself, but he takes his work much to seriously to spend much time on anything else. He believes absolutely in the revolution and would give his life for it in a second. He is intelligent, methodical, and absolutely steadfast in his conviction that the universe can be improved by throwing down Yamatai and Nepleslia.

History
The youngest member of the Rafaele line was born in YE 09 to a wealthy couple. He was schooled and raised like any Elysian might be. Of course, the fact that his parents both felt a profound hatred for Yamatai did reflect on him. Until he was seventeen, it was his ambition to become a soldier for the ECN. He romanticized himself as the war hero who would lead the armies to victory over the oppressive reign of Yamatai.
However this was not to be the case. Though his distaste for Yamatai never diminished much, his distaste for Elysia grew as he learned more of the past. And so on his eighteenth year, rather than join the ECN as he had always planned, he went and drank several glasses of sherry at a local saloon. He met here a woman named Suiko, and she explained to him about an organization he found himself incredibly drawn to.

Melodia is proficient with the use of starship communication systems, radios, and with multiple forms of Nairan communication code. He fluently speaks Elysian and Japanese.
Fighting
Melodia is proficient with most types of firearms, and is an extremely good shot. He is especially effective with pistols, though his marksmanship with a rifle shouldnt be underestimated. He is a capable fighter in unarmed combat, having a few years of aikido training under his belt as well as the basic proficiencies in the more aggressive unarmed styles taught by Nairans military training.
Demolitions
Melodia is a veritable genius at making things explode. He understands all common sorts of explosives, and is very good at rigging them for multiple purposes.
Physical
Melodia is in excellent physical shape, and can maintain strenuous activity for long periods of time. He is a decent tumbler due to his martial arts training, and with the aid of his wings he is capable of making rather impressive leaps and bounds.
Leadership
Melodia is a passable tactician, more because of knowledge and instruction than any real talent or ability. He could lead forces well enough unless he came against a truly gifted leader, when his calculated reactions would be rather much useless.
Art and Vocations
Melodia plays both cello and flute in his spare time. He is better with the latter, and is hardly a musical prodigy no matter how you slice it. Still, he creates pleasent music, if not intricate and ingenius music.
