Hair Colour and Style: He has black hair with a few rogue strands dyed blonde-red on either side of his face. The cut of his hair goes down over his ears and eyebrows and down to the base of his neck.

Mikhael is something of an enigma. With a dark and sadistic sense of humor and nonchalant air about him; he is the kind of person that people love or hate. Mikhael has never been known as much of a 'people' person; he often keeps to himself and has little like for interaction with many people.

History
Born about two weeks premature in Los Apagos, Nepleslia, Chandler has been brought up on both the best and worst in life. Having drifted between poverty and middle-class for years, he had three choices- the military, gangs or death. Two of the three occured as logical choices; however, after joining small town gangs in the city of Los Apagos, he would rather have died. It was during this time that he recieved a vicious blow to the head; making the first 17 years of his life dissappear from his memory. After a while, he enlisted in the Star Army of Nepleslia, where for a short time he assumed the role of a shuttle pilot and moved cargo for profit. Later, he had a short tenure as a marine.
Recently, he opted to leave behind his title as a freighter pilot (and later marine) and enlisted in the IPG, claiming that he 'liked the uniforms better than the stiff suits he wore in the Star Army'. However, there have been times when he wished to return to his back-line lifestyle as a freighter pilot.
Skills
Demolitions: Having trained for service as an operator, Chandler has become intimately familiar with all things that go boom. If you ask him to identify and set up an explosive type, not only will he identify it and prime it for detonation, he will whistle a tune and nonchalantly twirl the tools the whole time (about 15 seconds) he is setting up an explosive device. He is very nonchalant about handling explosives unless the situation demands otherwise.
Vehicles (Shuttles): Having spent a large span of time in the cockpit of a transport shuttle moving troops and supplies from ship to ship, Chandler has become almost intimately familiar with the operation and maintenance of every shuttle that the Greens and Civilians have to offer.
Fighting and Physical: Having a black belt in Kung Fu, Capoeira and Muay Thai, even when disarmed Chandler is a force to be reckoned with.
Medical: When in training for the Star Army of Nepleslia, Chandler took a few weeks of medical training and can patch up minor to mid-level wounds; though anything serious will require a more trained professional.
Survival: Taking survival training in both the Marines and IPG gave Chandler double the survival training and as such he can survive for extended periods of time in many places where life would otherwise cease to exist.
Starship Operations: Running a shuttle from a Nepleslian battleship had its advantages. Spending time in training to run starships during his tenure as a marine, in the event of an attack, Chandler can stand in for most members of a bridge crew in their stead.
Culinary: Several years in the Star Army eating BDUs has taught Chandler one thing: if its food, you can modify it and it'll taste better. As such, he has developed a few notes and can change even the most repulsive meal into something palatable.
