"Patching the Dawn Station data to my screen." Helen spoke, as she brought up the sensor data which was sent from the Origin Industries station. Two years of data was certainly a large quantity to go through in a short time, though, Helen knew her way around the Kessaku OS well enough to place search parameters upon the data which would be of the most use to their cause. Though, what Helen did not expect, was for the information they were looking for to be near the very start of the block of data in which they had requested.
"Well, that is interesting." Helen mused, as she brought up the detailed sensor data which was logged. "Well, I see subspace wave drive system signatures here... and then, one large blotch of sensor static. Too much to really determine anything of value. Seems like wide-spectrum sensor jamming... now what else do we have here..."
"Mmm... that is helpful." Helen mused, as she evaluated the other portion of useful data. "It seems Dawn Station was able to pick up a series of signals which can be traced to artificial sources. Perhaps the Occhestians may be responsible, it seems this sensor data extends prior to the two-year block of data which we requested. Two different sets of coordinates are indicated between the two log entries though. One closer to us, and one further out to the stellar North East. Coordinates for the artificial signals consistent to engines and the such can be traced to the nearer location, while the jammed signal is further out." Helen explained, as she marked the coordinates on a star chart.
"At least it seems like someone is home in the area." Helen spoke, as she began to analyze the data entries regarding engine signatures and comm-transmissions.

Code:
Dawn Station Data Entry - YE 32 - YE 34
ANOMALOUS SENSOR DATA ENTRY: YE 32
SUBSPACE DISTURBANCE #01 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
SUBSPACE DISTURBANCE #02 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
QUANTUM DISTURBANCE #01 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
QUANTUM DISTURBANCE #02 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
ANOMALOUS COMMUNICATION SIGNAL #01 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
SUBSPACE DISTURBANCE #03 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
SUBSPACE RADIOLOGICAL DISTURBANCE #01 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
GRAVITIC DISTURBANCE #01 - DIRECTION: STELLAR NE
(The data continues for several dozen lines consisting of the same flavor)
ANALYSIS RESULTS: UNKNOWN CAUSE OF DISTURBANCES, SUBSPACE, GRAVITIC, AND QUANTUM DISTURBANCE CONSISTENT WITH SUSTAINED WIDE-SPECTRUM OUTPUT. UNABLE TO PRODUCE RELIABLE CONCLUSIONS. SIGNAL SOURCE DETERMINED DUE TO DURATION OF ANOMALOUS READINGS. CHART DATA ATTACHED TO LOG ENTRY.

NOTE: SENSOR DATA EXTENDS PRIOR TO REQUESTED TIME FRAME.
PERSISTING DETECTION OF ACTIVE SENSOR SIGNALS, LOW-POWER SUBSPACE COMMUNICATION SIGNALS, ENGINE SIGNATURES CONSISTANT TO CDD TYPE ENGINES, GRAVITIC DISTURBANCES, QUANTUM DISTURBANCES.
ANALYSIS RESULTS: POSSIBLE UNKNOWN INHABITANTS IN SYSTEM AT STELLAR DIRECTION NE, COORDINATES ATTACHED TO SENSOR DATA.
