Errowyn gritted her teeth, keeping an "eye" on the HUD display and feeling like she was being shaken as she rolled along, taking advantage. Then suddenly lost of hydrualics light flashed across her view. By then she was clearing of the NMX battleship's hull.
Her hands flew across the controls, retracting the landing gear. "feeling" then settling into place, began to reroute what was left her hydraulic to flight control, taking not the loss of the landing legs on her Kawarime.
~~so much for the three point landings~~ Thought flew through her mind as she struggled with her Kawarime, joining up with her wingman as she took stock of her armenents still left at her disposal. Aether cannons were showing abit hot from the continous firing. Missile load was down to the lighter anti-fighter class missiles.
"Wingman, Target destroyed?" Errowyn sent a tight beamed tranmission to him.
"Double whammy as you ordered, Hellcat. You cracked the shell, I scrambled the innards," He replied with abit of cheer and excitement lacing his voice. "I dont think Command is gonna like the new paintjob you gave your Kawarime though."
"I'm a bit sluggish on flight control and can see only internal." Errowyn smirked to herself.
Her wingman easily caught up and did a visual survey of her outside of her ship. "under carriage of your wings are abit shredded as along your forward wing edge. Hydraulic markings on your hull near the landing struts."
"What's the rest of the team doing?" Errowyn asked, smacking a console to clear up the haze it was producing on her scanners.
"Making their run with the Emeralds dealing with the Battlepods, keeping them off our backs for now." He replied and continuing, "just got basic fighter to fighter load on missiles, Aether cannon still fully operational." He paused, then continued, "you gonna return back to mothership?"
Errowyn wanted to stay with the group, but with her Kawarime the way it was, made a hard decision, "You want to stay or escort me back?" bracing herself for the return flight back to the Hietan through the field of loose destructive energy and missiles flying all over the place between the two fleets.
"I'm your wingman, I go where ever ya go, Hellcat," Calmly as if this was a walk in the park.
