Splitting the Mizumoto from the Fujiko Self-Defense Force submission. It is primarily a civilian ship, but it operates as a flag ship for the 1st Fujiko Expeditionary Force due to its capabilities and carrying capacity. When I was developing it, was thinking of a mixture between the old Plantation Class Mobile Refinery and the real world USNS Mercy.
