Approved Submission [NDC] Standard Communication System

Currently discussing with Charaa about a few points. Mainly at the moment, that the NDC mainly uses quantum communication which we felt this article did not reflect initially. There are also a few minor grammatical fixes like extra capitalization.

Hey Charaa! Thank you for helping to flesh out the NDC. Here's some things I'd like to see changed/updated. There's some general grammar stuff that I'll let the reviewer help you out with. Once these changes are in place, the submission has my stamp.

For the 'stat block' portion, you've got YE 43 listed. I'm thinking you mean that the Comm Buoy network fully came online in YE43? If so, can you add a sentence to the opening paragraph to that extent?

No real need to include the data transfer rate, I think. Current fiber tech has hit up to 1.5 Terabits per second so I can't even begin to think about what future tech is gonna do to make a recommendation here. 'Really fast' isn't a great statistic, either, so I'm out of suggestions. You've got this in two locations.

Thank you Whisker, I believe everything is in order, though "Really fast" was something i wasn't able to see unless it was caught. I am however very happy to get this going.
