Really, the only thing that comes to a slight shock to me would be the clone population. However, I don't think it will change Nepleslian society as much as some might think, unless there are more details we're missing.
Unless all clones are marked in some manner, or if all clones are made after a single person, ala Star Wars clones, it would be difficult to actually discern a clone from a non-clone. I also don't see how a prejudice could form, besides from the usual high-class and low-class prejudice you see everything, since all Star Army soldiers are more or less expendable, clone or not.
Since Nepleslians have been cloning for such a long time, I would wager a guess that it really isn't that hot a topic anymore, since cloning is pretty much a central part of of the race. After hearing about a company that clones, a common Nepleslian isn't going to gasp "C-clones? Oh dear!" Clones have more or less become part of the society. However, I will admit, had I known about this before I made my character, things might've turned out different.
While we're on the subject, I'd also like to ask if anyone has any more information on the Green side of Nepleslia. I don't hear much about the Green side of Nepleslia, and that's a bit of a problem since that's currently the only side open to players.
From what I gathered from the wiki on the Reds (no entry for Greens)...
they're big on cloning, war, species diversity, imperialism, shipbuilding, and organized crime. They don't like restrictive laws (especial on weapons or self-defense) or species replacement (think Yamatai). They see the greens as new-age leftists who are wrongly putting themselves in charge of all of Nepleslia, and they especially hate the senate.
This leads me to believe the Greens not NOT big on cloning, are not as prone to war as the Reds, prefer species tolerance, prefer Empires and try to keep a common law established. Am I right to assume such things, and if I am not, it would be nice to have some light shed on it.
