In [[calendar:ye_40|YE 40]], all Blackjacks in existence and under construction had their [[materials:boreanium]] outer plating replaced with [[materials:meridium]] plating following a dispute between [[faction:nepleslia:nepleslian_arms_and_munitions]] and [[corp:origin]] in [[calendar:ye_39]] over the latter's unauthorized (and contract-breaching) sales of [[corp:origin:showstopper_heavy_assault_rifle|Showstopper Heavy Assault Rifles]] and [[corp:origin:heavy_pulse_laser_vulcan|Heavy Pulse Laser Vulcans]] to third-party buyers.

What was added besides very minor details (ex. moving x10 to 10x)
