Approved Submission [Nepleslia] Svodog system update.

Updated the old Svodog system to no longer be a skub article. Im not yet familiar with the places template or how its to be properly used so i did my best on that aspect.
That being said I've never been good at system or planet stuff. But this isn't a new submission, just an update so~
